Mini Pecan Tarts

Ingredients:

Butter
Cream Cheese
Flour
Egg
Pecans
Light Brown Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Salt

Recipe:

Tart Crust

1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup flour

Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix in flour. Roll into ball, chill. Roll into 24 small balls then press into small tart pans with thumb.

Filling:

1 egg
1 tsp. melted butter
⅔ cup pecans, chopped
¾ cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. salt

Mix together. Fill shells ½ full.

Bake at 325° for 20 – 25 minutes or until shell is light brown.
